Turkey has provided ODIHR with detailed information about the status of all the above mentioned cases. In some instances, the perpetrators were found guilty and imprisoned, in other cases the investigation or prosecution is ongoing, while yet in others, perpetrators could not be identified or the reported act did not constitute a crime. The Turkish response does not contain information about recorded bias motive in any of the cases reported by the Holy See.
