Armenia has reported hate crime data to ODIHR. Armenia's hate crime laws consist of a combination of general and specific penalty-enhancement provisions. Hate crime data are collected by the police, the General Prosecutor's Office and the Ombudsman's Office.

Anti-LGBTI hate crime
In her "Third Quarterly Activity Report", the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe urged the government of Armenia to take a firm stance in combating incidents of hate crime against LGBT people.
