Albania
Albania reports hate crime data to ODIHR. In co-operation with the OSCE Presence in Albania, Albania has trained law enforcement officers on hate crimes. Albania has made efforts to improve systems for hate crime data recording and allow the bias motivation to be identified in recorded cases through ODIHR's Expert workshop on improving hate crime recording and data collection, organized in 2017.
