Article 50 - Aggravating circumstances
The following circumstances aggravate the punishment:
j) when the offense was committed motivated by motives related to gender, race, color, ethnicity, language, gender identity, sexual orientation, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, health condition, genetic predispositions or disability;
Article 84/a - Threats with motives of racism and xenophobia through the computer system
A serious threat to kill or seriously injure a person, made through computer systems, because of ethnicity, nationality, race or religion, is punishable by a fine or imprisonment for up to three years.
Article 132 - Destruction or damage to objects of worship
Deliberate destruction or damage to objects of worship, when it has caused the complete or partial loss of their values, is punishable by a fine or imprisonment of up to three years.

Article 119/a - Distribution of racist or xenophobic materials through the computer system
Providing to the public or intentionally distributing to the public, through computer systems, materials with racist or xenophobic content constitutes a criminal offense and is punishable by a fine or imprisonment of up to two years.
Article 119/b - Insulting with motives of racism or xenophobia through the computer system
Deliberate public insult, through the computer system, that is done to a person, due to ethnicity, nationality, race or religion, constitutes a criminal misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine or imprisonment of up to two years.
Article 265 - Inciting hatred or quarrels
Inciting hatred and strife, due to race, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation, as well as preparing, spreading or storing, with the aim of spreading writings with such content, carried out by any means or form, is punishable by imprisonment of two up to ten years
Article 266 - The call for national hatred
Endangering public peace by invoking hatred against sections of the population, insulting or slandering them, demanding the use of violence or arbitrary actions against them, is punishable by imprisonment from two to eight years.
