ODIHR's Tolerance and Non-Discrimination Information System (TANDIS)
ODIHR's Tolerance and Non-Discrimination Information System (TANDIS) was created in 2006 to publish "information and statistics on hate crimes and relevant legislation", in line with Ministerial Council Decision No. 13/06 (2006).
Since 2014, ODIHR's Hate Crime Report website has replaced TANDIS as the OSCE platform for publishing legislation, information, data and resources related to hate crime. Prior to this, the TANDIS platform had served as a repository for the individual Hate Crime Reports published by ODIHR, along with other information and resources related to tolerance and non-discrimination. These resources are already publicly available, with all OSCE resources published on the ODIHR website.
The following section provides links to resources and collections previously hosted on TANDIS:
- Information and resources on promoting tolerance and non-discrimination
- Information and resources on addressing hate crime
- Information on hate crime legislation and national efforts to address hate crime and support hate crime victims, accessible via the 57 country pages of this website
- Information about the Personal Representatives appointed by the Chairperson-in-Office to work on tolerance and non-discrimination issues.
This page will be regularly updated with links to further resources and information on promoting tolerance and non-discrimination in the OSCE region.
