ODIHR included information from 73 NGOs in 40 countries.

ODIHR received input from ten OSCE field operations. UNHCR offices covering 11 countries provided information to ODIHR on hate crimes. ODIHR also received information on hate crimes from the IOM office in Ukraine. Information and recommendations from a range of IGO bodies was also included.
