Police-recorded figures refer to the crime of racial or religious discrimination only, and therefore includes incidents of hate speech and discrimination, which fall outside of the OSCE’s definition of hate crime. The records on prosecuted and sentenced cases could not be reported as the numbers do not exceed three.
