The OSCE handbook "Police and Roma and Sinti: Good Practices in Building Trust and Understanding" is being used in the training of police officers at the Campina and Cluj Napoca Schools for Police Officers. The General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police launched a project, co-funded by the Swiss government, to promote community policing in rural areas of Romania.
