This page enables users to search and export information on detailed hate incidents by country, type of crime and bias motivation. These incidents are reported by civil society groups, international organizations and the Holy See. The incidents presented here are not comprehensive, and reflect the quantity of detailed information reported by civil society to ODIHR each year.

This tool was created to help users search and download more qualitative data about hate incidents across the OSCE region. We also hope that this will encourage more organizations to report detailed hate incidents to ODIHR.

ODIHR collects two types of incident data: statistical incident information and descriptive incident statistics. Only descriptive incidents, which include summaries of the incidents, are available here.
