Article 10.1. A killing of another human being

1. A killing of another human being is punishable from 8 years to 15 years of imprisonment.

2.14. With hate motivation based on difference of opinion, race, national or ethnic origin, religion, gender and sexual orientation is punishable from 12 years to 20 years of imprisonment or by life imprisonment. 

Article 11.1. Intentional infliction of serious bodily injury

1. An intentional infliction of serious bodily injury shall be punishable by monetary fine (Mongolian tugrigs), which is equal to 10,000 to 40.000 units or imprisonment for a period of 2 to 8 years.

2.1. Commission of this crime with aggravating circumstances, provided in the Article 10.1 Section 2, is punishable by imprisonment for a period of 5 to 12 years.

Article 11.4 intentional infliction of non-life threatening bodily injury 

1. Intentional infliction of non-life threatening bodily injury shall be punishable by monetary fine (Mongolian tugrigs), which is equal to 450 to 5400 units or community service from 240 to 720 hours or travel restriction from 1 month to 1 year. 

2.1. Commission of this crime with aggravating circumstances, provided in the Article 10.1 Section 2, is punishable by imposing travel restriction for a period of 6 months to 3 years or imprisonment for a period of 6 months to 3 years.

Article 11.6 intentional infliction of minor bodily injury 

1. Intentional infliction of minor bodily injury shall be punishable by a fine of 450 to 1350 units or community service for 240 to 720 hours or travel restriction for a period of 1 to 3 months. 

2.1. Commission of this crime with aggravating circumstances, provided in the Article 10.1 Section 2, is punishable by a fine of 450 to 2700 units or community service for 240 to 720 hours or imposing travel restriction for a period of 3 to 6 months.

Article 14.4. Obstructing the exercise of freedom of religion or conscience

1. Using force or threatening to use force, threatening to cause serious harm to their rights and legitimate interests to obstruct the operation of religious organizations or performance of religious rituals shall be fined in the amount of 450 units to 2700 units, or shall be punished by community service for a period of 140 to 720 hours, or restriction of the right to travel for a period of 1 to 6 months.
