Article 97. Murder

(1) The murder - the intentional killing of another person - shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of eight to fifteen years.

(2) Murder:

9) committed on the grounds of ethnic or racial or religious hatred or enmity;

Shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of twelve to twenty years with confiscation of property or without it, or life imprisonment with confiscation of property or without it.
