Find out about the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights's (ODIHR) efforts to counter hate crime in this new video.

Effectively tackling hate crime requires a comprehensive effort targeting various levels that take into account state institutions, criminal justice actors and civil society actors. ODIHR is tasked with assisting OSCE participating States in their efforts to counter hate crime. In line with this mandate, ODIHR has partnered with participating States, civil society and international organizations to deliver a series of programmes.
