Грузия регулярно предоставляет БДИПЧ данные о преступлениях на почве ненависти. С 2020 года Грузия публикует ежегодный отчет с данными о преступлениях на почве ненависти в соответствии с межведомственным меморандумом о сотрудничестве. Грузия внедрила программу БДИПЧ «Обучение сотрудников правоохранительных органов мерам борьбы с преступлениями на почве ненависти» (ОБПН) в 2019 году и программу «Обучение сотрудников прокуратуры мерам борьбы с преступлениями на почве ненависти» (ОПБПН) в 2017 году.
В 2023 году Грузия представила Национальную стратегию по защите прав человека на 2022–2030 годы, которая охватывает основные права и свободы, уделяя особое внимание защите уязвимых групп. В октябре 2023 года государственные учреждения, включая полицию, прокуратуру и судебные органы, подписали новый меморандум, предусматривающий дополнительные обязанности по сбору и публикации статистических данных о преступлениях на почве ненависти.

Hate crime recorded by police
The police number indicates investigations into incidents where the alleged bias motivation was detected, launched in 2017. The prosecution figure indicates the number of prosecuted individuals. Furthermore, some of the prosecutions included here were initiated before 2017.
