Грузия регулярно предоставляет БДИПЧ данные о преступлениях на почве ненависти. С 2020 года Грузия публикует ежегодный отчет с данными о преступлениях на почве ненависти в соответствии с межведомственным меморандумом о сотрудничестве. Грузия внедрила программу БДИПЧ «Обучение сотрудников правоохранительных органов мерам борьбы с преступлениями на почве ненависти» (ОБПН) в 2019 году и программу «Обучение сотрудников прокуратуры мерам борьбы с преступлениями на почве ненависти» (ОПБПН) в 2017 году.

Anti-LGBTI hate crime
The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe recommended that Georgia effectively investigate hate crimes against LGBT persons, take bias motive into account as an aggravating circumstance in criminal proceedings, as provided for in the law, and mete out punishment commensurate to the gravity of the offence.
