Грузия регулярно предоставляет БДИПЧ данные о преступлениях на почве ненависти. С 2020 года Грузия публикует ежегодный отчет с данными о преступлениях на почве ненависти в соответствии с межведомственным меморандумом о сотрудничестве. Грузия внедрила программу БДИПЧ «Обучение сотрудников правоохранительных органов мерам борьбы с преступлениями на почве ненависти» (ОБПН) в 2019 году и программу «Обучение сотрудников прокуратуры мерам борьбы с преступлениями на почве ненависти» (ОПБПН) в 2017 году.

Racist and xenophobic hate crime
The UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) recommended that Georgia amend legislation to ensure racist motivation is considered an aggravating circumstance for all crimes; conduct awareness-raising campaigns on criminal laws on hate crime; deliver training for the criminal justice system (police, prosecutors and judges); and collect disaggregated hate crime data.
