Грузия регулярно предоставляет БДИПЧ данные о преступлениях на почве ненависти. С 2020 года Грузия публикует ежегодный отчет с данными о преступлениях на почве ненависти в соответствии с межведомственным меморандумом о сотрудничестве. Грузия внедрила программу БДИПЧ «Обучение сотрудников правоохранительных органов мерам борьбы с преступлениями на почве ненависти» (ОБПН) в 2019 году и программу «Обучение сотрудников прокуратуры мерам борьбы с преступлениями на почве ненависти» (ОПБПН) в 2017 году.

Racist and xenophobic hate crime
The European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) recommended the implementation of publicawareness campaigns about the existence of hate crime laws, as well as encouragement of victim reporting. It also urged authorities to “reinforce their efforts to combat violent manifestations of religious intolerance involving physical assault and/or attacks on property”.
