Чехия регулярно предоставляет БДИПЧ данные о преступлениях на почве ненависти. Данные о преступлениях на почве ненависти ежегодно публикуются правительством в Отчете об экстремизме. В 2023 году Чешская Республика представила планы действий по борьбе с экстремизмом и предубеждениями, разработанные в тесном сотрудничестве с гражданским обществом.
Чехия реализует программу БДИПЧ «Обучение сотрудников прокуратуры мерам борьбы с преступлениями на почве ненависти» (ОПБПН) с 2020 года.

The authorities monitor and report on "offences with extremist context," a category that also includes other criminal forms of intolerance. Due to improved identification of hate crimes by the authorities, the numbers presented here only represents hate crimes. The reported number of prosecuted hate crimes consists of the number of people charged.

Racist and xenophobic hate crime, Anti-Roma hate crime, Anti-Muslim hate crime
In its "Concluding observations on the combined tenth and eleventh periodic reports of the Czech Republic", the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) emphasized the importance of effectively investigating and prosecuting hate crimes. CERD also expressed its concern about continued racially motivated violence against Roma people and on the increase in racially-motivated violence against Muslim communities.
