Словения предоставила БДИПЧ данные для отчета о преступлениях на почве ненависти за 2022 год. В 2023 году при содействии БДИПЧ и Агентства ЕС по основным правам был проведен семинар для сотрудников полиции, Министерства юстиции и государственных прокурорских органов, посвященный сбору данных о преступлениях на почве ненависти.

The UN Human Rights Council, in its Universal Periodic Review (UPR), recommended in its report that authorities take concrete measures to prevent racially motivated crimes and increase efforts to counter racist attacks, particularly against Roma.
