Румыния регулярно предоставляет БДИПЧ данные о преступлениях на почве ненависти. Министерство администрации и внутренних дел, полиция, прокуратура и Высший совет магистратуры собирают данные о преступлениях на почве ненависти.
В 2016 году Румыния реализовала программу БДИПЧ "Обучение правоохранительных органов мерам борьбы с преступлениями на почве ненависти" (ОБПН). В 2021 году в румынской полиции было создано специализированное подразделение по преступлениям на почве ненависти.

Anti-Semitic hate crime
The Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson‑in‑Office on combating anti-Semitism conducted a country visit to Romania. Following the visit, the Personal Representative presented his recommendations, which focused on hate crime training of police and prosecutors.
