The parliament adopted amendments to the criminal code's provision on discrimination, which covers some instances of hate crimes motivated by bias on the grounds of race, language, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, disability, age, gender identity or sexual orientation.
ODIHR Recommendations
ODIHR observes that the law enforcement agencies of Liechtenstein have not recorded the bias motivations of hate crimes.
