The United Nations Human Rights Council Working Group on the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) published relevant recommendations in its "Report from the Thirty-fifth session: Compilation on Armenia."
ODIHR observes that the law enforcement agencies of Armenia have not recorded the bias motivations of hate crimes.
The authorities have worked on the new Criminal Code, which will be adopted in 2019 and will include hate crime provisions.
