How hate crime data is collected

How hate crime data is collected

No hate crimes were registered by police. The courts convicted perpetrators in two hate crime cases; additional sentencing judgments were reported in hate speech cases, some of which may have been aggravated by violence, and would therefore be included within the OSCE's definition of hate crime. However, this data could not be disaggregated.
